The key goal of the No.1 Currency project was to improve the customer experience and increase conversion rates through improved UX. 

Working closely with key personnel from each function in No1 Currency, we examined in detail both the public facing website and the internal processes that took up most of personnel time. We then evaluated which of these processes could be better handled online and how they could integrate with the new website. The output of this exercise was a proposal for a completely new online model of business for No1 Currency.
